My Practice

My approach to psychotherapy is practical, collaborative, solution-focused and results-oriented. I provide clients with a number of therapy solutions including: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT).  These approaches have been proven to be effective and are designed to promote improvement with the fewest number of therapy sessions.
